Where do you ship from?
All products are kept in our warehouse in Pau, France and we ship directly from there.
Which shipping options you offer?
All orders are shipped by French Post and the following shipping options are available :
Colissimo – around 2-3 business days
Colissimo with signature – around 2-3 business days - by choosing this option your parcel is delivered to you in exchange of a signature. Should you not be available at the time of the delivery,the Post leaves a yellow slip in your post box, that you can present at your local post office to get the parcel.
Colissimo Pickup : 2-3 business days - Delivery to a collection point near you
NIASHA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, unless such an event happens during transit. We therefore recommend choosing the signature option to make sure the package is delivered to you directly.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free "Colissimo Pickup" delivery for all orders over € 45 for France, Belgium and Luxembourg
I passed my order today. When will it arrive?
Thank you for your order! We do our best to process it as soon as possible, within 24-48 hours on business days. Please note that the order processing time may take longer during special events like Black Friday or Sale.
Once your order is shipped, it is usually delivered by Frech Post within 2-3 business days with Colissimo. Please note this is an estimate and not a guarantee – French Post does not operate during public holidays and can have delays on their side for other reasons, for which NIASHA is not responsible.
How can I track my parcel?
The tracking number of your parcel is sent in your shipping confirmation email, following the order confirmation. Please check your junk email box in case you didn’t see the order confirmation – both emails must be there. Once you have the tracking number you can check the status of your parcel
The tracking shows my parcel is delivered, but it’s not in my letter box. What happened?
We are sorry you’re reading this section. First, we recommend checking with your neighbors if they have received your parcel by accident – this solves 99% of such cases. In case your neighbors did not receive it either, the parcel is unfortunately most likely stolen.
If you consider the parcel to be stolen, you can make a claim at your local Post office

Cancellations, Returns and Damages
Can I return or cancel my order , a product ?
We accept unopened and unused products should you want to return an item to us. Please note that only the price of the item will be reimbursed in this case – the original shipping charges as well as the return shipping charged will not be refunded. The refund will be processed after we receive the item and check it is intact.
If a customer wishes to use his right of retraction he must do so within 14 days of delivery of the package. The purchaser who retracts is responsible for the costs of reshipping this order. The package must be legally accompanied by a letter stating his intention to retract as well as his wish to receive a refund or a credit. The order must be complete and the products not tried or opened. If these conditions are not met, the seller reserves the right not to refund (Law of March 17, 2014 relating to consumption)
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on any of the products once they are shipped out.
However, if you have just placed an order and realized you took the wrong item or would like to cancel an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org asap, so we can help you adjusting the order if it’s still in the warehouse.
